What a useful correction report includes

1. The page URL and what looks incorrect.
2. A hypothetical, non-sensitive set of inputs that reproduces it.
3. The expected result or clearer wording, with a source if available.
4. The model version shown on the methodology page, if the issue is about calculations.

How an issue is handled

We compare the report with the documented assumptions and primary sources, reproduce the behavior, and check the correction against related scenarios. Confirmed changes appear in the model and content update record. This is an educational tool; the contact channel will not provide individualized financial advice.
